My training style is the combination of functional resistance training combined with high intensity interval training all while keeping it fun and fresh. What motivates me to train is the great amount of mental clarity it gives me. When I train I  feel like i’m on top of the world and I want everyone to feel that way. Motivation comes and goes but we can always be stronger than we were yesterday if we put in the work. When I’m not training I’m probably listening to music or spending time with my friends and family . Also, when the spirit moves me , I work on my school work because I’m also working on a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
