Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Massage Practicioner
Twyla has been devoted to the art of movement and body healing for over 9 years. As a Personal Trainer, she focuses on weight loss through functional movement and building balance in the major muscle groups that are most prone to pain and injury.
Twyla specializes in Sports Massage, Cupping, and Functional Flexibility. Her therapeutic touch incorporates manual stretching and release methods, with a pressure that can be adjusted to every comfort level.
Twyla believes in setting goals that incorporate the things in life that people are passionate about. She credits her success as a trainer and massage therapist to her ability to associate her daily lessons to how people can increase their quality of life when they leave.

Amanda
Certified Personal Trainer
Amanda is a choreographer, dancer, and Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Calisthenics and Core Conditioning.
Amanda’s Personal goals to be a graceful dancer sparked her interest in learning more about the fitness industry. The demand for specific control over individual body parts and the sense of remaining “grounded” through core control, that Modern styles of dance require, taught Amanda how important these foundational concepts are.

Coach Lili
Certified Personal Trainer
Lili found her love for fitness through the desire to be an Professional Athlete in the sport of Tennis. Learning to strengthen her body, became a must, and the desire to contour and tone became her passion. When Lili is not on the Tennis court, her goals are to help people build strength, definition and confidence.

Lydia
Certified Personal Trainer
Lydia found her way into the fitness industry through martial arts in her early 20s. She attended The National Personal Training Institute in 2016 and started working at a sports rehab center soon after. Lydia has six years of experience working with clients and helping them to gain strength, lose weight, fix imbalances in the body, and live healthier lives. She is a firm believer that mental health and physical health go hand in hand.
